Default Setcpu Profiles

Hey guys,
I would like to know what people have set each profile to in setcpu to maximize their battery life on their phone?

I put 200 mhz max and 100 mhz while the screen is off and then 1.2k max and 1k min while the phone is on.

I'm looking to add more profiles, anyone got some suguestions?

ROM: Stock
