Default Titanium backup not working

Has anyone had any issues with titanium backup not work correctly?
Im unable to do any kind of app restore.

Click on Problems? and redownload busybox.

Applications > development and click usb debbuging. that should fix it.

it didn't work for me because once i restored my apps, none of them were showing up in market's my apps for updating. i'm coming from the og droid, where my apps were saved with my gmail account then automatically restored. i don't know if that was something added in the roms or if i'm missing a setting, but it's no fun.

You try launching Titanium, then going to Options, Market Tools, Market Doctor? It scans your apps and re-links them to the market.

problem i have with it is everytime i reboot it loses root and have to clear data and ropen to get it to work?
