Default [Q] Undo Revolutionary Root

I have searched through this forum and the development forum, and I can't find any threads on how to undo a revolutionary root (2.3.3). My screen is unresponsive in certain sections and I need to send the phone in for a warranty. If someone could link me to a thread with a solution, that would be great.

Thanks!
