hi after all sorry for mi bad english

ok y have a xperia x8 e15a that was working with the gingerdx 13 anda i read about a gingerdx kernel for the phone but i read bad it was for e15i then the phone start to work very bad and y decided to make a restore on clockword of mi 2.1 first rom and now y cant start mi phone and when i tri to flash it it sais that i need to take on the debug usb mode . i need urgent help please
