[Q] Please Help! Phone will not turn on.

my tilt 2 has been working perfect up until last night when it turned off and wont turn back on. The phone makes a hiss when it it plugged in without the battery and the orange charge light does come on. Also i got the phone to turn on for a split second and then it shut off on me and wont turn back on again. I tried replacing the battery, reset, and all of the usual troubleshooting options. Does anyone have any advice

Have you tried leaving the battery out for an extended period...? Not plugged in, no battery...

How long? I mean extended as in 24 hours, not just 10 minutes.

If that fails, perhaps a hard reset...? Not a whole lot else you can do.

You need to get your hands on an extra battery,,, that should do the trick for you,, I had. The same problem and what I did was replace the battery and all was well again,,,, try this and let me know then we can further diagnose the issue,
