Default [Q] json - no file handler found

I've been trying to edit a json file to change my web search preferences. If I navigate to the relevant file with Internalz Pro & try to open it I get a "no file handler" error message even though Internalz is registered as a text file handler.

I also tried it with Impostah installed. Trying to open the file results in a blank Impostah window.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have you tried uninstalling Internalz Pro and reinstalling - just a thought.

Maybe an interim workaround would be to use Internalz to copy the file to the /media/internal folder, then you can access is via USB and use a unix-friendly text editor to alter it and then use Internalz to copy it back over the original.

Notepad++ for Windows would be something you could use to make the changes.

Open it via xterm from preware. I think there's at least a version of nano in there too and I think vi comes installed already.

Thanks guys, I think I'll try copying & editing it with Notepad+++ in Windoze. vi gives me nightmares! I was just puzzled why Internalz wasn't opening the file when it has worked for others.
