Just install zip from cwm.

This replaces your launcher2.apk with a stock launcher2.apk





Works fine for me but install at your own risk. And do a backup first.

Installed with no problems... Just don't see any difference... looks like the motoblur launcher still...

You should now have the aosp launcher. Try flashing it again.

I have found out how to turn the toolbar black. To save time/trouble I asked someone if we could use their systemui.apk. I will release a second version with that as an option when I get the ok.

Thanks for this, been using modaco gingerbread launcher on the market but this one has a much faster app drawer.
Also I just unzipped and installed it no need to flash it.
