I've added international resources from Nexus ROM to framework and this apps:
AccountAndSyncSettings, ApplicationsProvider, Bluetooth, Browser, Calculator,
Calendar, CalendarProvider, Camera, Contacts, ContactsProvider, DeskClock,
DownloadProvider, DownloadProviderUi, DrmProvider, Email, Gallery3D, HTMLViewer, LiveWallpapers, LiveWallpapersPicker, MagicSmokeWallpapers, MediaProvider, MediaUploader, Mms, NetworkLocation, PackageInstaller, Phone,

Since Stephen Hyde put multilanguage support since 2.4.3, i've stopped the project.

iT iS Me, i could, if you point me to ROM (Froyo or Gingerbread) that has Arabic language.
TheManii, i didn't want to I needed Russian and played "what if" game with framework and apps. It took only several hours of pure time.

Off:
Sadly, i can't stay on GB2.3b2 on work days as i really need USSD codes working. I've tried some phone apps from other ROMs, but having knowledge next to nothing, i didn't manage them even to run. Strange, 2.2 ROM didn't suffer from this problem.
Otherwise, good ROM - a couple of reboots and one slight timedrift don't bother much.
