Sprint Hotspot?

Just curious... Once rooted, will the Sprint Hotspot app work or do you still need to pay Sprint $30/mo for it to work even though you are rooted?

Yes you need to pay to use there app. Once rooted use wifi tether that u can get from the market.

BTW, does anyone know what is the filename for the Sprint Hotspot app? I looked in /system/app and /data/app and I couldn't spot it so I can remove it.

I guess with the above, we can use the Sprint Hotspot instead of having to use the Free Wifi Tethering for Android app?

Deodexed EG30 ONLY!
Will get 4G working when I feel like it.

No installable zip either. Put this in /system/framework, clear dalvik & boot.

Enjoy free 3g tethering without sprints dorky limited plan.

Would anyone be able to give specific instructions on how to install this?
