I received the OTA update, downloaded but unable to update. Due to my HTC IS is rooted. Any idea what update is included?

The version number would 2.30.707.x would indicate a carrier/region based update and not a general/unbranded update.

There's another thread in general about it, it's only 30mb with no noticeable changes apparently

Downloaded it, not apparent change,
heard can solve delayed sms problem.

Usually before a major update is smaller which is in preparation for the larger.

why don't they just include the small update into the big one
