Do roms made for the international galaxy s 2 work on the att one with working buttons and everything thanxs in advance

No, you'll lose your buttons.

I think the roms themselves would work but you'll have to wait for a kernel that has the buttons remapped. The same was true with the Captivate and the I9000. The roms worked fine you just had to use a reoriented kernel.
