Yes you can but not every phone go up so high without getting hot. Mine is running smooth at 1, 4Ghz

As freebordjunky has said, a lot of phones won't be able to achieve the 1.9 without running too hit, I got mine on 1.9 but it started heating up a lot after a good 30 seconds. found the most i could go with avg. heat was 1.5 but each phone is different so you need to experiment. :) don't go ocing to 1.9 straight away and staying on it or you could damage your phone too.

And does deleting bloatware increases the speed of phone?
And what is the use of doom lord kernel?

Yes. Overclocking increases you phone speed a lot.
Yes. Deleting bloatware incrases your phone speed. And you had after that alot free space in your phone.
About kernel. Whar is the use? That you must find yourself
