If you open up dfs in the nam tab there is a bunch of boxes one of which says OTAPA if you uncheck that box you should no longer receive any over the air programming.

2004 is actually a metro prl and an evdo one at that it is just very old. From prior to them disabling there evdo coverage to work on lte. That is just the default prl that Houdini phones get. And the way they push the prls to phones goes by what your in there system as like me I do mine myself and use 3022 so whenever they push one to me I get that. It's basically what u were putinto the system with you get back.
