Default [Q] UA (user agent) settings on LG Thrill

hi fellas, i have searched here as well as google and cant find a solution. i have an LG Thrill, bone stock and i hate not being able to view web pages as i would on my desk top. on my iphone i had UAFaker and could toggle between the settings. i have tried the "about:debug" in the browser addy bar but that still does nothing. any advise?

As far as I can tell the stock browser on the Thrill has no ui option to change the user agent. I recommend 'xscope browser' from the market. Its pretty close to the stock browser visually and has the ua change option to view the pages as android, desktop, and can even change to fake the ua of the iphone. There are a ton of browser apps available in the market and most have this function built in. Thats just the one I personally recommend.

Of course if you insist on using the stock browser then this will be of no use to you

"Any Cut" is a program used for making shortcuts. You would search market for "Any Cut" then open it up, choose new shortcut, then activity, then change uastring. I haven't tried don't know if it will work or not but if you want desktop change the uastring to firefox's uastring. Either that or follow what aria was saying and get another browser. I use opera MOBILE not MINI and it has an option in settings/advanced to change from mobile and desktop, opera mobile works great and will give you full web browsing. It's nice having a full browser, I hate videos on youtube being "not available on mobile"
