Default [Q] Strange sms characters
I have a friend that is experiencing some unusual characters when she receives an text message.
They are something like egyptian hieroglyphics.
Is this a settings issues? I believe she has tried a factory reset but still is having the issues.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
