Default OnLive Viewer App

Haven't seen this posted here yet, but here's the OnLive Viewer apk that is not yet released to the market.

In case you don't know, OnLive is a cloud gaming service that runs games on dedicated servers and streams game video to a client over a low-latency connection. This allows games that would normally only run on a console or a high-end PC to be played on almost any device with enough bandwidth. OnLive membership is free, but games can be demoed, rented, or purchased, and there's a subscription model allowing you to play a hundred or so games that generally have already been out for a year or two.

Really, this isn't meant to be a sales pitch, I'm just a fan of the service.

A couple things to note:
  • This app is the Viewer, not the Player. This app allows you to view people playing games on the OnLive service via the Arena, and rank their performance. The Player app is supposed to be released by the end of the year allowing you to actually play PC and console games on your phone (a wireless controller is also optional).
  • Opening the keyboard causes a force close on the app. It's not officially compatible with the Epic so the app doesn't know how to respond to the keyboard being opened. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your OnLive credentials.
  • You need to be on WiFi or 4G for it to work. It'll refuse to connect if you're on 3G.

Seriously folks, installing a ROM isn't all that different from something you do almost every day.

How to install a ROM - Wipe 3x and flash.
How to use the toilet - Wipe 3x and flush.

This is badass and I had the keyboard opened when I started it and it worked fine for me
