i followed all the steps when flashing the radio till step 13, I got the following: Error 294: Invalid Vender Id, my Info as follows:

looks like you used goldcard method before..?

i am unsure what 'branding' your device should be.
it can be: O2 UK, O2 DE, Europe, Asia WWE, Asia SEA or TIM IT.

you want to flash the NoDo version of the Shipped ROM / Radio specific for your device.

I have an HD7 TMOUS that is unlocked. So can I go on flashing your rom? And just wanted to confirm, would this cause any sort of brick on my phone? Thanks for your reply.

as long as you have XSPL'd your HTC Schubert, you should be okay with flashing a Custom ROM.
if you flash intrinsicROM, i hope to hear any feedback on your experience in the intrinsicROM thread.

I have an htc hd 7s att i followed all my steps to downgrade my spl from 5 to 3 now im stuck on trying to run rspl then hspl I get this message Please make sure that your device connected to computer.
also make sure that right drivers are installed (they comes with WMDC / AS usually)
Try to connect device to different USB port and also you can try to reboot PC.

Are you not the original owner of the device then? your Asia WWE HD7 was running a TMO US ROM.

So I am pretty much on the same scenario you guys are, I am coming from several rooted Android devices and expected this to be much easier

Here's my HTC info:

Name: HTC HD7
Model: HTC HD7
Carrier: T-Mobile
Software: Windows ® Phone 7.5

Radio SW: 5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U

I was reading the thread you linkrd in the process to downgrade from Bootloader 5.xx but apparently I need to use a Y USB cable, in order to flash a Goldcard ROM. I am a bit more than lost when it comes to figuring out where to start. Just BTW: It is a stock build, the phone got the OTA update.

Ultimately I need to have a Custom ROM that supports Multiple Languages, as well as no carrier branding.

Any suggestions, in plain english
