HTC stock kernel since I hadbko service bug. BUT, with stock HTC kernel and miui, no overheat, smooth gameplay of samurai vengeance and battery lasting 13 hours with 27% still remaining. Now that's what I call performance
Go Into APN settings and change to IPV6 and it will fix the slow data connection
I get a fc every time i try apn. I'll try to fix permissions and reboot.

I know but I got the radio to match the roms ril(159). Restored my nandroid, and rebooted. Still nothing. I can confirm the radio is the older one, and all my calls still work. Just no 3g/h indicator on the status bar.
Might have to do a full wipe and re-flash. Or to avoid that you can try to push the APN.xml under etc again.
Yes, that is not right. Please pull a logcat on your device and I would try another -re-install. I am using Kernel that came with device and battery would last me throughout the day. Different Kernels will have different peformance.
Been flashing since 2008 and I suck with logcats. Lol
I'm using everything as it came. I don't flash kernels or rils and radios and stuff.
Gonna flash over this ROM with one. That usually fixes things on other ROM's. Report back later on.
Kpjimmy are you on Tmobile too? That's odd because i get service with mine. Gonna screen shot my apn settings for you. I do get a bad data lag though.
