I have had the same issue. So far the only workable solution that I have come up with is to:
- Delete the App data for Superuser (in Manage Apps).
- Run Super User and change the Automatic Response to Allow (in superuser preferences).
Not ideal because any app that requests su will get it. Have to keep an eye on the log until a fix if there are any apps that you do not want to have su.
