No probs

Im trying to download this rom, but when i have 74 MB it will stop, the zip is corrupt! does be an alternative to download it?

Followed installation instructions to the T.
Phone boots REALLY quickly, lock screen loads up nicely, the ring movement on the lock screen is VERY smooth, attempt to unlock the phone and the status bar vanishes and I am presented with a white screen with HTC in the middle.
I can lock the screen and wake it and be presented with the lock screen but when I unlock, it just sits on the white screen with the HTC logo.

Help please :/
