Phone not connect to pc - Warning!!!!!!!!

after days i'm trying to solve my problem for my Wellcom a99 in connecting to pc. I think it may be tethering to pc did it. I've found that in this toppic

So do the *#7284# not working with my a99 phone. So anyone know how to switch from modem mode to pda mode with ours phone?

My a99 has stoped connecting to my pc after i try to tether it with a sofware but not success. and now, event i Hardreset it still got problem.
