[CM7 Lock] MIUI Lockscreen H/M/LDPI (10/18/2011)

Info:
make a full backup (or just save somewhere your framework-res.apk) before you will try it

for any device running android 2.3.7
the last shot shows custom app icons I made I can share them on the request - not a part of this theme

Changelog:
10/11/2011: initial release MDPI
10/12/2011: updated with HDPI
10/13/2011: updated with new script v2
10/13/2011: updated with new script v3
10/18/2011: updated with LDPI
