Sure can! Just make sure you have a jig ready in case you have trouble getting back to download mode afterwards like I did.

Why would you have trouble getting to download mode? Curious, because I want to go back to a GB from my Slim ICS via one of the one-click stocks. Is there a step somewhere in between that I'm missing?

I believe it was a "just in case"...bootloop, bad flash because of any number of reasons, etc. Standard rule of thumb, if u r gonna be flashin, u need to have a jig. ---- Because one day u will Need a jig

I suggest you get them from mobiletechvideos.com You might still get a discount on the external charger and spare batteries when you buy the jig..or the jig for less when you buy the charger. In any case, do yourself a favor and buy the 2 extra batteries bundle if you get the external charger if you plan to have your captivate for any length of time. I only got 1 extra and regret it >.>

Default Opps left sim in...

I left my SIM in - totally forgot to take it out this time :(

Now I'm getting no service with my phone booted up. I haven't rebooted it yet and I'm on WiFi for now. Are the changes good that the heimdall one click damaged my SIM?

If so, how do you fix that?

Thanks in advance

Try "Resetting to default" your APN. Go to Settings/ Wireless and network/ Mobile networks/ Access Point Names then hit the capacitve menu button, then "Reset to default". Then u may need to Reboot.

Which Stock package did u use ??

I'm actually just a moron :(

I flashed the heimdall KH3 with CWM. But when I went back to CM9 and there was no service I failed to do the obvious thing and check to see if a modem was even installed.

It wasn't... so after installing one I got service back. No matter how many times you flash a ROM you still feel like a noob sometimes!

Thanks for the reply though!
