Capacitive touch Sensation/XE

Hi,
The HTC Sensation XE have red capacitive touch color so is there anyway to had this on the regular Sensation?
Is it hardware/software related?
if its software related,any solution/mod to have it in the future?

I think it's an hardware.. like when the notification blinks, you can't change it to color blue or white.. since its an hardware.. you can only modify it buy using your bare hands, then change its LED (or Diode, don't know what its called...)???

Just like the capacitive keys, modify by your bare hands then change LED / Diode or what ever they call it..

And i think if it's software, by now they've already done that together with beats audio aren't they?
