EDIT : Damn, I didn't see the fact that the wifi tethering doesn't work, I have to use it everyday

U plz tell me which is good stable complete ROM for legend ...

Cyanogen mod 7.1 is IMO, the most latest and stable rom out there. Download it from their website.
