Phone crashes and internal memory

Hello everyone,

I'm having some problems with my hd2. Whenever I try and install a rom built with cyanogen mod, after the installation the phone boots up, I can use it for about a minute and then it crashes. As this is my main problem any help would be greatly appreciated. My second problem is my phone storage.

I am currently running hyperdroid gbx, but I only have 15 MB of internal phone storage in total. Is there any way to expand this, or trick the phone to thinking that the SD card is part of the internal phone storage? I am using mgldr 1.13 if it makes any difference.
