The pulldown bar looks awesome, the rest of the theme is crap. Thoughts anyone?

Replace the png's in your SystemUI.apk with the ones from this theme...
See How it looks.. Note the things that are left to finish.
Run whats left through the kitchen to finish off.

You will probably loose some of the graphics you copied in the first step cause the kitchen will put some of its own for some modules, but just copy back in anything missing..

That would probably be the easiest route.

How do I make the carrier bar super small like that?

Don't use the labels on the toggles.

Do you have that theme? I wouldn't mind getting a hold of the theme or just systemUi.apk and framework-res.apk???

I can tell you that it is a Galaxy S2 unlocked version. You could probably find a system dump on the interwebs.
