Default Few Cyanogend Question

Hey, guys, a few Questions about Cyanogend

1. I've installed Cyanogend 7.1.1, can i still install a custom kernel like this one?

2. Which is the best CPU Control Tool for my Xperia Neo?

3. Do you have Tips for better battery lifetime?
f.e profile tools with CPU Control, etc?

Thanks,

With incredi control you can change cpu voltages. "EXTREME CAUTION" with this, but if you do all right you saves you battery a lot
And you find this app in market "incredi control"
And in setxperia is this builtin.
