Ah my bad, I didn't realise you were adding languages that hadn't come with your ROM at all (as opposed to "updating" them which I assumed meant you had installed OS updates without language updates).

There is no currently known way to write to the Windows folder of an interop-locked stock ROM with current firmware. Even dev-unlock will not be sufficient.

Yeah, thanks for replying anyway. I will sell my old HTC 7 Pro and would naturally want to put my native language in to it, but also at the same time keeping it fully stock. Maybe I should look in to interop unlocking it so I can put the languages in it and I guess I could remove it after adding the camera settings.

I visited the official LG service center and they told me that officially there's no Finnish language available for this unit. But if it'd be possible to flash that Finnish cab to that 7.10.7720.68 of my Quantum, I'd really appreciate it

Yes, that is possible. Same procedure. Download all Finnish language packs up to version 7.10.7720 and send them to your device, as explained. That will work.

[Hello all this is just to let everybody know that my titan 2 from att stock run get all the updates fine so all the owners can do it safely, i hope some day someone may help to get rid of the stupid att lock so i can use the internet sharing on this device since it´s awesome.

hi how can i install only a language without any update

Has any one had this problem..
I have a AT&T titan on Bell I was able to unlock the phone, but every time I start it I have to re-enter the lock code.
So I was able to use RUU and install the Singular ROM and fix the locking problem.
Then I went and used cab sender to update from 7720 to 7740.
But when I try and update to 8701 all goes well and everything works fine. But when I hit the phone icon to make a phone call it goes for a crapper and locks up and then just returns to the main screen like nothing has happened. I can text from my contacts and make calls from my contacts.
But if I try and make a phone call to a number I don't have entered into my contacts list ie: like just a random number the phone icon goes all wacky when I touch it. And then I have to start from the beginning right back at the singular ROM and then update to 7740.
I want to update to Tango so I can install HTC Connection Setup app to configure MMS so I can send pics with my text, but can't get past 8701.
I can load up tango but the phone app stays pouched.
Any fixes

Make sure you are installing the language cabs as well (you need all of the ones your phone has loaded). Read the first post carefully and include the language cabs for every version update. If you miss a language the phone function does not work.
