2. Flash from CWM and enjoy

nice, I like seeing what's going on during boot

It didn't work for me? I still see the AT&T drripping logo. Do I need to remove that first?

I saw the first bit of the boot and it goes to dark screen for me. Oh well.

Placing the zip file in the correct location should've replaced the AT&T one. You have to be running the version of Entropy's kernel that supports boot animations as well. It won't work otherwise.
