[Q] US Cell mango update

I tried about 15 times last night to update to mango. I make it to step 6 where it restarts the phone. It will sit there for a few minutes with a connect to the computer icon on my phone screen. When it powers back up the update fails with the code 801812C1. I tried updating the driver for windows phone 7 and had the same result. also tried doing the update in airplane mode. Can anyone help? I don't know what else to try.

Have you made sure you are running the latest version of the Zune software? I don't remember the error code off the top of my head, but that look similar to the code you get when you need to update to accomplish the update.

Yes I am currently running the latest Zune software

I have the latest software on my computer. Which is windows XP. Would I maybe need to update the Zune software on the phone?
