thanks for the tip OP, car dock works great! Desktop dock is a little snug, but it fits.
I just got the same deal. For me it was important that the sales rep ring up the car dock first and then the desktop dock. otherwise it was not coming up with the deal.

Anyone tried Antutu Smart Profiles with the dock. I went ahead and ordered the OEM Dock and it does come with the charger. I like the idea of this but still not sure which aoo is better.

I actually tried the official car dock for this phone but the 1 for the infuse seems to fit a lot better

Successfully got the DeskDock for $.01 more. All the know-nothing's at ATT, who all know nothing, gathered around the computer and were in awe of the deal. They all wanted it too, but I got the last of each dock. I was actually lucky - I got the last CAR dock Sunday, and was just lucky no one had bought the last Desk dock in between. Score.

Just tried to add the desktop dock via the web after adding the car dock to my cart... doesn't work, it's $30 online. Removed, but that's OK, I haven't ever used a desktop dock.

Regarding the Infuse Desk Dock, I don't know if you can see it in the pics, the phone doesn't sit back in it, it kinda leans forward. Mine was an open-box/return, so I'm not sure if this is how the phone fits due to differences in the Infuse & E4GT, or if the dock is faulty.

It doesn't seem to effect operation, and it doesn't look bad, just slightly not right. My concern, though, is if it leans forward due to the previous owner bending the USB plug - if that's what's causing it, there might be problems not far down the road. Anyone else that also got the DESK dock having this problem?

(Other than this, I really like the desk dock.)

Yeah the desktop dock is much more tight than the car dock. I have ghost armor on my ET4G so it is probably a tad tigher for me than stock. To get mine to easily lay back I took my drumel to the inside edges and smoothed them down just a tad. Now it feels like it is made for the phone. So unlike the car dock the desktop dock is not a perfect fit out of the box but is manageable.

One other note, the desktop dock comes with a Samsung OEM wall charger, so that in itself makes it worth it :)

Can you post pictures of that? I am willing to do the same thing. But I'd like a reference point for how much was shaved on the sides.

PS - I endorse this deal, there are some spaces on the edges of the car dock, but you can get some shape forming foam (whatever it is called) to fix it if you are OCD.
