Changing Rom and titanium backup

Hi I want to love from blayo to ago2 gingerbread but I was wondering
A) can I restore my backup of apps from titanium to get my apps back
B) can I use HTCfacebook without huge battery drain if I just remove the chat widget etc....
C) what else can I remove bar Facebook and Twitter from the app?

A- of course you can, you can even try to restore data system (if you get force close or error messages just delete data system with titanium or do a factory reset with cwm recovery)
B-I get battery drain even if I freeze FB, some people have this issue and other don't, it's pretty mysterious..
C-it depends of what you want
