First thanks... I think you can install the widgets you wish. The 3x4 app drawer will replace the 4x4 app drawer in version V3 (this weekend I hope). The original launcher icon you can make it yourself with apk manager:

1 - put the apk in place-apk-here-for-modding folder
2 - extract the apk (apk manager option 1)
3 - extract icons from the zip attached and copy them (Attachment 764247)
4 - go to and paste (replace) the icons in \projects\...your_apk...\res\drawable-hdpi\
5 - go to and paste (replace) the icons in \projects\...your_apk...\res\drawable-mdpi\
6 - zip apk (apk manager option 3)
7 - sign apk (apk manager option 12)
8 - Get the new signed apk in place-apk-here-for-modding folder

It looks really awesome but I still experience touch problem when add two icons in one corner ! is this only me or it is known bug ?! can you please tell me how can I make the label text smaller ? they are too big for me and i guess smaller one looks better. Thanks again man
