The htc amaze has a 1.5 dual core snapdragon s3 processor and the sensation has a 1.2 dual core processor. So might not be that easy. ;) but good luck.

I am looking to getting this phone in the next few days and dumping this crappy G2x.
I need MIUI. I wish Android UI tried to make their O/S like MIUI. Its more practical!

The fact that I can reject a call with an SMS, or have a better dialer / contacts.
The most attractive feature is the fact that I can choose my lockscreen and everything else right from the settings.

Settings are easier to navigate.

I can switch from using my bluetooth, to my handset, to my speakerphone right from the call I'm in ......

LG G2x and Optimus 2x = same phone..... Downloaded Optimus 2x MIUI ROM..... Phone got stuck in Airplane Mode......

Downloaded many different versions..... MIUI Rom was not performing right...

Just because Sensation and Amaze are close in specs... doesn't mean that they are the same. It takes 1 little spec to be off in order to make the whole rom not work right.... Developers from all over on xda admit that to port the MIUI Rom to the Amaze would be a bitch and a half.... Not a lot of people even want to touch it.... I wish they would because I am crazy about MIUI...

Roms do not port easily to the amaze... Not one bit. I haven't tried using logcat to find out why yet. I would love getting some miui on this device as well.
