Question [Q] Bricked Triumph

Help! I ran gingerbreak on my phone. Upon installing it reset my phone and now it wont go past the Motorola "M" logo when booting... It will just keep on turning on and off... tried hooking it to my computer but I just get the connect/disconnect noise from windows repeatedly. I didnt even have a chance to create a back up file...

any suggestions or do I need to claim my phone was stolen and collect on my insurance? lol...

Install ClockworkMod on your phone.

Install b_randon14's stock ROM.

Hopefully that'll bring your phone back to working condition. That and (shameless plug) my ROM comes pre-rooted too...

Try this ROM instead. It's bigger because it's more stock. Try the deodexed version first; if that doesn't work, go odex.

The one thing I've always been able to do (with, well, the 4.x version of Clockwork) was to go back to this total complete original backup.

It seems to have worked in terms of booting! Now it is operating very slowly at the moment though...

The first boot is always the slowest. Give it another restart for all the files to cement themselves in place.

I'm thinking you forgot to put debugging on. Because when I did it. Worked like a charm

Yeah, that too.... following the instructions as Gingerbreak starts is kinda required.
