I picked up my GNex locally from him. It was a brand new, untouched and sealed piece with original protective factory cover. He stays in Hebbal and delivers across India, but I preferred to pick it up locally.

Its a white color varient i always prefer dark color bcoz after some time white color seem dirty and yellowish. If you can then find me cheaper deal of black GNEX

Mine was 4.0.0. After setting up the phone, I received 4.0.2 and 4.0.4 respectively.

Thanks. That's proof enough that my device is not brand new. When I started my phone, it already had 4.0.4. Gonna ask Ebay for a refund. Item clearly not as described.
