Hi there,

MIUI for Motoroi XT720, feel free to try and give feedback, I will try to make it beter!

Features list:

Android 2.3.7 GingerBread
ROM free: ~200MB
Free RAM: ~40MB
Add free use hosts file from http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm, no need to install Adfree from market!
Timezone: GMT+7 Asia/Bangkok
Use GPS & NTP for Pacific Asia to decrease update time for date time & GPS position
Wifi, 3G signal very strong, better than CM7 IMO
OverClocked up to 1Ghz, stable, very fast & smooth
Miren Browser as default
Torch app & shortcut work
Camera 8MP work
Motomizer tweaks applied
New theme

I uploaded some tools to project page to help you get quickly flash sbf, get root on Windows, Linux, MacOSX. Feel free to try and report problem here.
Included tools are:
sbf_flash: flash .sbf file on Linux / Mac

root4nix-t2w: use to root phone on Linux / Mac / *Nix

RSD Lite 4.6: flash .sbf file on Windows

SuperOneClickv2.1.1-ShortFuse: root phone on Windows

How to UP ROM:

RSD to STSKT_N_79.33.50R (Android 2.2.1)
Root (use SuperOnceClick or root4nix-t2w)
Download and install OpenRecovery.apk, run Install from OR
Download ROM update & Addons package
Reboot to OR (poweroff, Hold volumn up & press power button)
Wipe data/Factory reset
Apply Updates: ROM then Addons
Reboot

NOTE: For Milestone XT720 (International version) use Mioze7Ae's bootfix http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1284017

Dam how did you get torch to work this might be one for me to but still working milestone cm7 camera issue it saves all pictures black but I have to flash this today.
