I think so, but considering how small it is, it could be important, as they may have found something that needed patching on the previous version.

Radio is still working fine for me, noticing maybe better battery use?

There was also an ril file in the package, which I'm going to look at when I get home, so I might add that as well.

i flashed back previous radio...had so many problems to get stable wifi connection with this one...previous one works perfectly

I think the previous has lower battery consumption during Screen Off/Sleep.
on my Log (Battery Monitor Widget History) on 08:54 I put the Phone to Sleep/Screen Off up to 10:27 and as you can see it doesn't stick to 8 or 9ma for too long on Sleep State. will try to monitor more since it's just 3hours after i Flashed it .
