Default Beginner's questions

Dear collegues,
I have totally bricked my New DS5 at DSC install. It is already on the way returning from service (JTAG BOX). I would like to avoid for any problems with future instalation. so i have two of questions:

1. At this moment i have:
Android Version: 2.2
Baseband Version: GAUSB1A1406214-EU
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9-perf
OEM Version: GAUSB1A130500
Build Number: 10688

Should i make some downgrade before flash? Or maybe flash 406 recovery only? Unfortunatelly I'm not sure is rest (kernel, Baseband and Firmware) compatible for flash...

2. My internal memory - below screen (in polish unfortunatelly) show that SD card is not avalaible. Is it OK? or should i change for internal Micro SD card to some different (i will make it in near future - to 8GB 10class Goodram card - i hope this card is OK)?

It mean:
SD Card
Total space - not available
Available space - not available
Mount SD card
Format SD card

Available Space - 1,47GB

Or maybe due some divergences between kernel and baseband if not available just? Or maybe card is broken. Or maybe it should be so...?

I still read about Dell's kernels and Roms and i know my questions should responce myself. But normally i just affraid that i brick my phone again. So i think that easiest and more safe way will be just ask...
Thanks for Your kind help in advance.
BTW - sorry for my english

I've found no way to detect Mugen, so Mugen kernel should be flashed over again - i updated all kernels.

_nop_,

I read that in some cases increasing the lowest speed from 128 to 256 would fix some issues with some "freezing issues". is that right? Can you upload a kernel with higher value on the lowest speed if is it the case to avoid some freezes?

You can make in CpuMaster or editing /etc/init.streak.post_boot.sh
Change 12800 to 245760.
