Angry Suggestion about Customised ROM
I need to change my stock ROM

Please, I need a suggestion in selecting a customised ROM.

Requirements:

-No need of background services like Google maps service, Network location service.
-Which must save my battery life and enhances its performance.
-It must use the hardware resource efficiently.
