Yes, it does support UOT!

To all of you who use the ported TW Launcher 4.5 I made a theme for it.

Download it from here (Dropbox)

Install it by copying this zip to the .TW4Themes (it is in your sdcard) folder using any explorer you want. After that, go to launcher's settings (on the homescreen, menu button -> settings), navigate to Themes, and choose the theme ICS you just installed. Click "Save and restart launcher" and you are done.

Nice, huh?
