noob with problems.. cwr not working how can i restore the old recovery ?

tryed to put cwr mod on my fit , when i start it in recovery mode it hangs at ramdump.

so is it possable to put the old recovery back !!!

but iam pretty lost .

any help is welcome

bro I think you are using wrong method of entering recovery mode!...FIRST TURN OFF YOUR PHONE WAIT FOR IT TO VIBRATE; THEN HOLD POWERKEY + MIDDLE (HOME) KEY TOGETHER AND YOU'LL ENTER RECOVERY!..

If what neil.richard said does not work then re-install ClockWorkMod Recovery.....
