Help needed for modifying code of Phone.apk

Member - OP Thanks Meter 15 Posts: 79 Join Date: Jun 2011 More Info >	Help needed for modifying code of Phone.apk Hi guys, Im a senior mobile developer but new to android, I need to modify Phone.apk to add the functionality of searching contacts using T9 keypad (numbers keypad) in languages other than english, current stock rom does not search arabic contacts so we are forced to use the full keyboard (imagine the suffering...) I need someone to give me the brief steps for doing that, I have the SDK and already did a few applications...
