Default Transparent lockscreen

I don't know how this works but I've tested it twice and both times it works!
I'm on teshxx stock rom.
How to get a transparent lockscreen like this below:

1. Set a picture from your gallery as your lockscreen
2. Boot into recovery (adb or volup + voldown + power)
3. Advanced > Fix permissions

Voila you should have an transparent lockscreen.

I don't think I'll be using this mod, but I must say that is a very cool design. Thanks for your contribution.

Easier way would be to just use a picture that is half transparent...
That's what I do and you don't need to reboot into recovery ect.

Haha. I was playing with my phone yesterday and in the process got the transparent lockscreen, and I could not figure out how I did it, but now I know because I did a wipe and fixed permissions before it happened. Thanks OP.

None of this is really needed, just get a transparent image from google or use a photoshop to make one and set it as the lockscreen wallpaper.
