[Q] InsertCoin 3.3.8 - CRT animation

Hi,

I'm on IC 3.3.8. and want to have the CRT animation back. How can I do that?

Till now, I have been reading the IC thread and also followed the advice of one of the threaders, who told, that he could enable the CRT with the ARHD patch. Anyway, this did not work, for me.
