Unhappy [Q] Another bricked x10 thread.

Hey guys, I've came across a problem. I was running on Trip's MIUI, and it worked mostly okay. Over heated a bit and didn't charge properly (I think that's because he underclocked the battery)

So, I had decided to change my ROM. Done that dozens of times before, and it always worked perfectly. I picked pRiMe's MIUI Rom, andthought that would work alright. I followed the instructions, and everything worked.

After I had turned the phone on, and entered my PIN code, it'd work for a few seconds, then turn off. The LED light at the top would turn on for a second when the phone turned off.

Now, whenever I turn my phone on, I get nothing. It vibrates once, and the LED in on for a second. SEUS hasn't helped, and my x10 doesn't seem to support offline charging.

Any solutions or ideas anyone?

If you Do, try to do an Clean Install again of the Rom.

Lol overclocked the battery?

I'm sure you mean underclocked the processor..

He didn't do that either, whoever wrote the kernel did.

Anyhow that would not cause charging problems. You may have a faulty USB port.

IMHO, usb is not the problem here... looks like a mobo issue. Came across same issue not long ago. Anyhow, as posted above, try to enter flash mode and restore your phone to stock.

No, it said on the forums that the battery was underclocked to make it last longer. USB has always worked fine. Thanks for all the replys so far. And I can't install the ROM again, I installed it under xrec. Can't download the drivers for the phone on this computer.

im pretty sure you mean battery undervolting. as for your phone issue, it sounds like you might have done your new rom flash with too low battery level. my only suggestion is to charge the battery in an external charger and try seus or flashtool again... good luck!
Xperia Z, Rooted With SuperSU, Unlocked Bootloader, Stock Rom and Kernel... Not for long!

Nexus 7, Rooted With SuperSU, Unlocked Bootloader, Buttered AOKP, Faux's Kernel.

Xperia X10 Mini, Dead stock. Its my backup...
