Default Is there a way to turn off the overscroll glow?

It appears that some people like the overscroll glow effect. I do not. Specially in the browser. Is there a way to turn it off?

DONATE TO ME
Not that I'm aware of. You could email the app developer and ask them to add a preference to disable it. I am one of those who like it though.

There is no available option in phone to change this setting. This is builtin and you need to modify some framework file in system folder....probably some dev can give u more info.

That overscroll effect really annoys me! Good thing I don't use stock browser, I use Dolphin browser.

Thank God I'm not the only one who finds it a bit annoying. I don't like the sudden stop when you hit the bottom it top of the page. I would love to have that "bounce" effect found in the other galaxy s 2.
