Default GPS Navigation?

Does anybody know a good gps navigation app that will show 3d view all the time, not just when you are navigating to a destination? I have tried Sygic. That is what I'm looking for except that it doesn't show the names of side streets around you.

I am a truck driver and out is nice to be able to see streets before I actually pass them without having to enter the address I'm going to.

Basically just want a birds eye view around me. I'm willing to pay a one time fee, but not interested in a monthly subscription.

Actually Google Navigation does this and is my favorite. And it's free. Integrates well with Maps.

Well now, I don't think I knew that. It does do exactly what I was asking for. Sir, I thank you.

Now, one more question. Is there a way to make Google Navigation show the posted speed limit? That was one thing I liked about Sygic.

How bout clicking thanks? Thanks. ;) I'd be doubtful about the speed limit feature. That does sound good. But the program is solid all around, yet they modestly still call it "Beta." I only discovered it because I got sick of Sprint/Telenav misguiding me.
