I was able to get the transitions with the interchange of two lib files. It was just the rotation transisiton tho.

There are ics transitions in most parts of the theme (most notably screen rotation). Which exact animations are you guys referring to?

The only time I had to do the lib flash was when using this theme on Blazer. On Calks they are ready there. Those are the only ones I have seen or used so I'm not sure.

I would but I can never get the framework to recompile correctly. I know its just an XML edit but I can't get to it without decompiling. Unless you know of another way to get to it. The battery mod I can do with 7zip.

Same here. Ive decompiled, made the edits, and recompiled but it never boots

Another way is.
Edit the XML in stock apks.
Then copy recompiled modded XML file to your phones apk with 7zip. Unless in resources I guess
